What is Jazz Funky?

Jazz-funk is a genre that developed in the United States, where it became moderately popular around the 1970s and early 1980s. This style is a combination of traditional jazz and new style hip hop, although its foundations lie in the jazz technique. Jazz funk, includes in its choreography pirouettes and arabesque to releve, unlike Hip Hop Lyrical and it is for this reason that it is not considered a style within the Hip Hop culture.
