Description

Heels Dance is a dance modality whose main characteristic is the use of shoes with heels. This dance modality was born in New York and combines steps from jazzfunk, go-go, strip-dance, cabaret and others. The heels dance dance classes are collective, first you will learn small basic steps based on the aforementioned dance disciplines and then achieve the fluidity that is needed for this style of dance. Dancing on heels may seem difficult at first, but with practice and the help of your teachers, you can do it.

Heels dance is one of the most striking dances for those women who not only want to have fun, but also feel sensual. It is recommended, of course, to have some practice walking with heels, or else the learning process will be much slower. If you do not have experience in that regard but want to start practicing this dance, we recommend that you walk in heels for a few weeks beforehand so that you feel more comfortable with yourself.

You will exercise while having fun, you will work certain muscles since wearing heels while dancing will make you work muscles, especially in the legs, that you would not work otherwise, buttocks and abs will also notice the difference when practicing high heels dance.
