Description

This dance modality was born in New York and combines jazz funk steps, go-go, strip-dance, cabaret and others. The heels dance classes are collective, first you will learn small basic steps based on the dance disciplines mentioned above and then achieve the fluency that is needed for this style of dance. Dancing in heels may seem difficult at first, but with practice and the help of teachers, you can do it.

Heels dance is one of the most striking dances for those women who not only want to have fun, but also feel sensual. It is recommended, however, to have some practice walking in heels, or else the learning process will be much slower.

You will exercise while having fun, you will work certain muscles, since wearing heels while you dance will make you work muscles, especially of the legs, that you would not work otherwise, buttocks and abdominals will also notice the difference when practicing high heels dance.
