What is Cuban sauce?
Cuban salsa is by far the most danced compared to the rest of the salsa styles that exist, since its steps are easy to learn and dance for its freestyle without guidelines regarding the orientation of the dancers. Salsa is a set of Afro-Caribbean rhythms fused with jazz and other styles.
The basic Cuban step has a rhythm of three steps followed by a pause, fast-fast and slow, in Cuban salsa the dancers move in circles. The base step is performed by taking one foot back, stepping on the ground with the other foot and returning to the first position. Then, after a slight pause, the operation is repeated with the other foot. The dance in pairs is usually carried out with circular figures, with a set of arms or a knot.
