Registration contract clauses:

1. Payments and Enrollment

  • The enrollment fee, the payment of the current month's tuition, payments made for 5 months or annual payments, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Discontinuing classes or withdrawing for a month results in the loss of the enrollment fee, the tuition, and the spot.

  • Payments will be charged to the student’s or legal guardian’s account from the 1st to the 5th of each month, in advance.

2. Refunds and Bank Charges

  • Return fees for bounced payments due to reasons beyond Factory Ballet Madrid’s control will be borne by the student, with a cost of 2 € per returned document.

  • These fees will be charged on the next month’s invoice or the same month, along with the monthly payment.

3. Notifications of Withdrawal or Changes

  • It is mandatory to notify withdrawal or changes to the monthly payment one month in advance or at the latest by the 15th before the end of the current month.

  • If not done, the bank will charge the following month’s tuition.

  • Withdrawal notifications must be sent to the email: contacto.factoryballet@gmail.com

4. Non-Payments and Claims

  • If the payment is returned without prior notice, the bank will claim the collection.

  • Returned payments without complying with the previous point will be handled by our management office for the corresponding legal claim.

5. Academic Period and Calendar

  • Monthly payments will be charged until June, automatically reactivating in September.

  • The calendar includes holidays and vacations; therefore, they will neither be made up nor discounted.

  • Classes will end according to the calendar published on the website or on the notice board.

6. Teaching Staff and Substitutions

  • In case of the teacher’s illness, classes will be conducted by another professional or replaced with another activity</stro

7. Uniform and Attendance Regulations

  • It is mandatory to attend class wearing the regulation uniform and with the bun done, without unauthorized accessories (large earrings, watches, mobile phones, etc.).

  • Failure to comply with this rule will result in not being able to actively participate in class, remaining as an observer.

The school will process your data for the following purposes:

  • Contractual and academic management.

  • Use of images in classes, website, social media (Facebook, Instagram), newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Sending communications via email and WhatsApp.

  • Information about activities, trainings, events, classes, products, tutorials, and school calendar.

  • Failure to accept this processing prevents the provision of services linked to enrollment.

  • Through this contract, the legal guardian expressly authorizes the collection and use of images for academic and promotional purposes throughout the duration of the contract.

9. Image Use Authorization

I hereby expressly authorize Christian Erazo López, with ID number 12448721V, to use personal images in which I appear, resulting from classes, performances, events, or trainings organized by the school.

This authorization is unlimited in time and without geographical restriction, and allows the use of such images for exclusively educational and academic monitoring purposes, in the following media:

  • Academy promotions
  • Professional portfolios
  • Social media or websites
  • Academic competitions

Regarding the use of images in activities requiring supervised academic control, through this contract, the legal guardian authorizes the capture of the student’s image via photographs or audiovisual recordings during class sessions, internal and external practices, as well as curricular and extracurricular activities throughout the duration of this contract, for dissemination strictly for academic purposes.

The mentioned recordings and photographs are an integral part of the services provided under the enrollment in the academic program.

Failure to authorize the capture of photographic images or audiovisual recordings by the data controller makes it impossible to properly provide the services covered by enrollment in the academic program and will be grounds for the student not being able to remain or participate in the center’s activities.

Finally, the data controller informs that by signing this document, explicit consent is given for the processing of the mentioned data.

I declare that I grant this right freely and voluntarily, without any economic compensation.

GENERAL REGULATIONS OF FACTORY BALLET

1. General Enrollment.

  • Current students may register in the month of June (after classes have finished).
  • New students may register in the month of July.
  • If the student does not complete enrollment within the established period, they will lose their right to their spot.
  • Groups will be formed with a minimum of 4 enrolled students.
  • Groups with fewer than 4 enrolled students during the academic year will be closed.

2. Enrollment and Payment.

  • Current students may register from April for the next school year.
  • New students may register in the month of June.
  • If the student does not complete enrollment within the established period, they will lose the right to their spot.
  • The academy reserves the right to modify or cancel classes due to lack of students.
  • Serious acts of indiscipline, disrespect, insults, or defiant attitudes towards teachers, management, or staff may result in denial of enrollment or expulsion.
  • The student who pays the enrollment fee declares full agreement with the school rules.

Fees and conditions:

  • All payments made in the first month (monthly fee and enrollment) must be paid in cash or by card.
  • From the first payment onward, subsequent monthly fees will be paid via direct debit.
  • There is no required minimum commitment period, but students wishing to withdraw must notify one month in advance, no later than the 15th of the previous month.
  • Payments and enrollment fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, the student has no right to withdrawal.

3. Uniform.

  • Uniforms are purchased exclusively at the costume department.
  • Only uniforms purchased from the center are allowed in class. Access with different uniforms will not be permitted.

Children (Pre-dance, Pre Ballet, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd):

Classical Ballet (4th, 5th, and 6th):

  • Skin-colored tights
  • Light pink split sole demi-pointe shoes

Pre-Professional:

  • Black leotard with logo

  • Gaynor Minden pointe shoes

Artistic Gymnastics:

  • School-specific leotard

Jazz Broadway (adults):

Presentation Rules:

  • Students must attend well-groomed and clean.

  • It is recommended to label the student’s name on all clothing.

  • Dressing outside the locker rooms is prohibited.

4. Holidays and Vacations.

  • All holidays and vacations are included in the academic calendar.
  • The center will remain closed on dates indicated by Management.
  • These days will not be made up nor will any difference be refunded.

5. Attendance and Make-up Classes.

  • Absence from class, for any reason, does not entitle make-up classes or refunds.
  • Payment guarantees the reservation of the spot, not attendance.
  • If the center cancels a class, a date and time will be set to make it up according to availability.
  • If only 0, 1, or 2 students attend during the course, Management may cancel the class and offer a make-up in another class, without refund.
  • Classes will be held with a minimum of 3 students.
  • Courses with fewer than 4 students will be closed.

6. Activities and Performances.

  • An annual performance is held in June.
  • Students who withdraw in the month of the performance will not be allowed to participate.
  • After the theater performance, there will be no class the following Monday.
  • Complementary activities (rehearsals, extra practice, open classes, performances) are part of the training and require student participation.

7. Changing Rooms.

  • There are two changing rooms: one for females and one for males.
  • Changing in reception, hallways, or other areas is prohibited.
  • Young students must be accompanied by an adult who maintains order and silence.

8. Center Schedule

From September to June

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

In July, the schedule will be modified and published.
Updates will be communicated through official channels and on Google Maps.

9. Customer Service Hours.

In-person Reception:

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Telephone Support:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM

10. Punctuality

  • Students who arrive late may stay as observers, unless they have prior written authorization.
  • No one should open the classroom door without permission.
  • You must wait in silence in the hallways until the teacher enters.

11. Code of Conduct.

  • Smoking or consuming alcohol on the premises is prohibited (Law 42/2010).
  • Eating in changing rooms or unauthorized areas is prohibited.
  • Using materials or spaces without permission is prohibited.
  • Acts of indiscipline may result in expulsion or denial of enrollment.

12. Parent-Teacher Meetings.

  • Parents may request an appointment by phone to arrange a date and time with management or teachers.

13. Other Aspects

  • During the course, events and occasional changes in classes or rooms will take place.
  • By signing the enrollment contract, I declare that I have read and accepted all the previous clauses, expressly authorizing their compliance.
