In Madrid, our artistic gymnastics school offers classes for boys and girls aged 5 to 12, organized into different groups and levels to ensure progressive learning tailored to each age and ability.
Children's artistic gymnastics at our academy focuses especially on the floor exercises, where students learn and refine routines that gradually increase in difficulty, including somersaults, flips, bridges, back handsprings, and the straddle jump, as well as other acrobatics. Each activity is designed to develop strength, coordination, balance, and body control under the guidance of trained instructors.
Some groups require a placement test to ensure that each child or young person joins the most suitable course. Thanks to this structured progression, students continue advancing step by step, reaching more complex exercises as they consolidate their skills.
Throughout the year, students participate in exhibitions where they showcase the exercises they have worked on, enjoying the experience of performing in front of an audience and reinforcing their motivation and love for gymnastics in a safe and stimulating environment.
