The Vagánova style is the method that is worked on in our ballet school, since among its most distinctive characteristics are the use of the toes, rotation of the thighs outwards, great extensions of legs and arms, its fluids and precise movements. The Vagánova method is a ballet technique and training system devised by the Russian ballerina and pedagogue Agrippina Vagánova (1879-1951).

Pointe shoes are special shoes, which dancers acquire when they have the required strength in the foot and calf muscles. The use of ballet points in students is scheduled towards the end of the first year of ballet, when the muscles are already ready. The exercises at this stage are very basic, limiting yourself to getting up on your toes on both feet and always with the help of the bar. Then they begin to do more complex steps such as pirouettes and jumps on the points.

Classical ballet is an ideal discipline for any adult, the most important ingredient is motivation. Classical dance tones, strengthens and lengthens the muscles of practically the entire body. It favors elasticity, corrects posture, and over time, practice shapes the student's body. The first thing that happens when you disinhibit yourself is that you notice an increase in your self-confidence and you can really concentrate on what you are doing, enjoying yourself more fully. To be a dance professional requires several years of training and dedication.
