Artistic Gymnastics for Children (Ages 5 to 13)

Program Overview

We offer two courses tailored to different age groups: one for children aged 5 to 9 and another for ages 9 to 13, designed to progressively and safely develop gymnastic skills.

Course Purpose

This program aims to introduce and develop basic artistic gymnastics skills in children, fostering harmonious physical, technical, and emotional growth.

Approach and Methodology

Classes combine progressive learning of gymnastics techniques adapted to each stage of child development, including exercises for strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. A positive environment is promoted where discipline, respect, and personal improvement are key values.

Content and Progression

Children start with basic movements and elementary gymnastic skills, gradually advancing to more complex exercises and routines. Work is done both on the floor and on age-appropriate apparatus, always prioritizing safety and enjoyment.

Duration and Structure

Classes last 60 minutes, with varied exercises combining technique, creativity, and games to maintain motivation.

Access and Requirements

No previous experience is required. Enrollment is open, though an initial assessment is conducted to place each child in the appropriate group according to their level and development.

Teaching Team

The program is taught by professionals specialized in children's artistic gymnastics, with training in sports pedagogy and extensive experience working with children.
