In PBT, you will focus on strengthening ballet technique progressively and safely, through specific exercises designed to improve posture, balance, strength, and muscle control, suitable for every experience level.
Classes include warm-ups, barre and floor exercises, alignment and strength work, as well as sequences designed to improve technique and precision in every movement.
The approach is progressive and personalized, encouraging body awareness and stability. Instruction focuses on safe and consistent practice with individual attention for each student.
No previous experience is required; the course is open to all levels, from beginners to those who want to gradually perfect their ballet technique.
Instructors specialized in PBT with extensive experience in classical ballet, trained to guide students in technique, strength, and body control, ensuring safe and effective learning.
